The Details

BREAKFAST:   During the week, M-F, we offer a lovely continental breakfast and on weekends a full breakfast. We offer a beautiful fresh fruit salad, orange juice, homemade baked items such as cream cheese pound cake (a guest favorite) or apple-pumpkin sour cream streusel coffee cake, to name a few. The entree of the day could be Irish eggs benedict or banana-bread French toast. Of course the coffee of choice is Green Mountain Coffee. Our breakfasts are served between 8:00AM to 9:30AM. During warm summer months we serve on our large screened in porch and cooler months are in our candlelit dining room by the fire.

RESERVATIONS: For initial contact we will happily send information via e-mail. However, to confirm a reservation we prefer the "old fashioned approach" of phone contact to finalize. Please call us at (802) 492-3720 or Email us at: buckmaster@vermontel.net.

DEPOSITS:  A deposit of 50% is required by check to hold your room.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. If your reservation does not allow enough time for us to receive your deposit by mail, we will  make other arrangements.

CHECK-IN: So that we will have everything perfect upon your arrival our check in time is 3:00PM. Should you be arriving later in the evening, please inform us in advance. We prefer check-ins prior to 10:00 p.m. but do understand that it is not always possible.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00AM

CANCELLATIONS: Due to the size of our Inn, last minute cancellations have a great impact on us. We ask for a 14 day notice prior to the planned day of arrival. Regretfully.. with less that 14 days notice, you are responsible for the cost of your entire stay if we are unable to rebook your room.

MINIMUM STAYS:  During the busy season, we prefer a two-night minimum stay when possible, however, please check our availability as we would never want to lose a potential guest.

NO SMOKING PLEASE: The entire Inn is non-smoking...thank you in advance.

NO PETS ALLOWED: However, there is a family dog(a Corgi named William) on the premises and a rather large cat that we have rescued, named Walter. For those who wish to bring a pet, there are several kennels nearby: Wundrland Pet Lodge @802-773-8011 and Saddle Mountain Kennels @802-492-3454. both are approximately 4-5 miles from us.

THE INN HAS NO IN-ROOM TELEVISION SETS OR PHONES, WE FEEL THE IDEA IS TO GET AWAY FROM LIFE'S DAILY GRIND.

HOWEVER, WE DO HAVE WI-FI AVAILABLE.
